Alla Ilushka

Alla Ilushka is the firm’s Russian culture and communication specialist.  Her critical work bridges the often broad divides of business culture and communication for U.S.-based clients with business interests in the rapidly-expanding

economy of Russia, as well as the neighboring countries of Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova. 

Born and raised in the former Soviet republic of Moldova, Alla came to the U.S. in her teens.   Following study abroad in London and Malaysia, Alla graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota’s highly rated School of Journalism.  She has since worked in a series of communication and marketing roles with U.S. and foreign corporations, while maintaining strong connections to friends and business colleagues in the countries of the former Soviet Union.
